A little about us:

As God has increasingly captured our hearts with grace, crazy things have been happening in our church body. After we outgrew our space in Chapman’s Retreat Elementary a few years ago, we renovated 4 warehouse units on Port Royal Rd for weekend worship gatherings, moved in, and have almost quadrupled in size as God has been powerfully forgiving sin and healing brokenness in our midst.

While we gather weekly (with great anticipation!) to worship God and hear His word preached at weekend worship gatherings, we primarily meet in homes within our neighborhoods to carry out the things of the church. As taught in the book of 1st Peter, we embrace our priesthood as believers in Christ and carry out discipleship together. We desperately desire to see the gospel of Jesus reach well beyond the walls of our building. We dream of the day that our families, workplaces, and neighborhoods become radically changed by Jesus and His church in their midst.

We understand that “church” is actually something that we are becoming. It is not a building which we are attending. If you can understand this concept, you are well on your way to understanding The Bridge.
